Following is a description of the typical design process:

Consultation: We meet to discuss your ideas, budget, schedule and wedding themes and colors. This is a great time for you to ask any questions you may have. Basic packages include the Invitation, Envelopes, Reception card, and Response card. There are many customizable options, which we cover in this meeting.

First Drafts:
After the contract is signed and the design fee paid, Cloud Nine gets to work on custom solutions based on what we discussed at the consultation. At the First Draft Meeting, we present you with your first draft options, and walk you through format and design questions.

Design Revisions: This can be done in person, or over email. These revisions are based on your reactions during the First Draft Meeting. Unless these revisions are very extensive, they are included in the original design
fee (any additional fees are always quoted and approved before proceeding). Design revisions usually include final colors, fonts, and paper selection.

Final Approval: Once all the decisions have been finalized, and your invitations are ready to go to the printer, we ask for your final approval. We
do not proceed to production until we are certain the designs are final.
